The authentication page is the first thing that a guest can see after he has access to WiFi. It both meets the requirements for authenticated certification and it is an electronic card from a hotel to his guests. Putting these two things together is worth nothing, not just having a logo or running them.

Compliance is first, brand is second.

The page first has to be right about the authentication process: cell phone numbers, certification codes, confirmations, and a lot of steps. Compliance bottom lines cannot be bypassed for good looks. Here we can talk about brand displays, service tips, marketing slots. No good-looking pages can be allowed to be unstoppable because they are beautiful.

What can we put on custom?

Hotel brands Logo, service descriptions, welcoming words, marketing entrances, and links to the ordering system can be embedded in the authentication page. High stars and chains do so. The key is not to plug pages into advertising walls; residents want fast access to the Internet, not forced to see extension. Custom is a guest of services, not patientness, which determines how customized it is.

What is 4W+B?

4W+B refers to the position of the WHO, where (differentiated by AP ' s MAC or door shop), when when Wen (exactly to hours), what what's what and Brand to push different pages. Typical scene: different doors, different floors or public areas in the same hotel, different tips during day and late night. It turns a set of certification pages into a working location rather than a fixed template.

Why do you eat this chain?

The number of chains and locations is wide, and headquarters wants to have a single brand with local information on each shop’s certification page. 4W+B allows the headquarters to be customized by its own door, SSID, and not manually adapted by each store.

How do you use the stars?

High stars are also branded, but with greater restraint and less emphasis on precision. It does not put in large amounts, but rather makes welcome and service entry comfortable. Technology supports customizing any web page, distinguishing between business thinking and density, rather than capability. Restraint is a brand expression itself, and it is not appropriate to measure high stars by the density of chains.

Mobile end fit and load performance

The page should be displayed properly, fast and uncertified on the cell phone. Many customers are not satisfied with the signal in the corridor or lobby, and the page swells are either out of action or non-reaction, and they experience direct collapses. It is more important than a pile of vision to have a soft first screen when custom is made, large authentication buttons are built up and unnecessary material is loaded.

The multi-language of the outing.

In hotels with high rates of guest guests, it is best to have a certified page in English or simple multiple languages, at least with a key action alert. This is not about branding; it is about usability. If you cannot read the code, the guest moves directly to the front desk for passwords and compliance returns to the old path. Multilingual is an experience and extension of compliance.

Customize not to forget the safety tip.

The page will be used to prevent fraud, and the official WiFi name will help people distinguish between real hotel networks and hot spots.

You have to check the custom pages.

Customizes the cell number, authentication code, and confirmation of the main process. The page cannot hide a key button for good use.

The drop must have a boundary.

4W+B can push different content by location, but it is manageable and does not push information that violates the rules, exaggerates or harasses. Headquarters has to audit a shop to prevent a store from turning its certification page into an advertising wall for marketing purposes, while hurting brands is also offensive to customers.

Data flow is worth it.

The number, click, and success rates of the authentication page can be returned to do business analysis, but it must be used in a compliant, restricted and dissensitive way. It is Portal that operates as an asset rather than as a harassment tool, and also subject to privacy compliance verification.

I'll check the real machine before I get online.

Custom pages are most feared to be beautiful on computers and not open on mobile phones.

The authentication page is also the service entrance.

Besides the real name, the certificate pages can be used to book restaurants, check-out alerts, and service around the area, as a practical entry point, but it is light.

Multilingual is not optional, but a necessity.

In hotels with high rates of guest guests, the certified pages are almost immediately needed in English or plain multiple languages. If you cannot see how to get a code, the guest moves to the front desk for a password and compliance and back to the old road.

Pages are over. Run a little.

The certification page is not the end point, but is continuously fine-tuned based on the success rate of the certification, feedback from clients, and complaints points. Big change can be easily effected, with small steps being more stable, and allows Headquarters to compare different shops with A/Bs, finding really useful versions rather than feeling them.

Don't use the certified pages as advertising.

Some hotels have filled their certification pages with promotional items, and customers are forced to turn ads first and experience worse. Customization is a restraint, brand displays come to the service entrance, and easy access to the Internet comes first. The certification page has its own name and release, marketing is an addition, it does not reverse the order, and the vehement takes the Chair for bad ratings.
