The same hotel, with fast chains and high stars, is a lot different from the real-name certification model. Not one of these options is more advanced, but it is not about the choice of customers, management methods, and cost logic.
Differences in the way accreditation is performed
The short-link and the quick-fixing of SMS certifications is fast enough to be able to get a user's code clean or taken. High-star levels tend to have PMS docking, spell out the name and surname, and client perceptions are more integrated and compatible with high-end services. Both use SMS certification as the basic security, since text messages are the most direct means of real names and traceability, which is not so high.
PMS docking two ways
The information mentions that the six-digit number of a common ID chain plus room numbers, and the number of rooms used by high stars with initials for their surnames. The difference is from the pre-entry habits and system fields. Either way, if PMS fields and interfaces are to be connected, you cannot take it for granted.
Different claims are managed centrally
The chain is focused on cloud AC control, and the national conglomerates are unified SSID, a single certification page, remote batch tubes, and the brand image is also important. High stars emphasize deep local AC or cloud AC plus PMS interfaces, field installation of calibrations is more heavy, experience and safety are top priorities.
Who uses the 4W+B strategy much?
The chain is often 4W+B, with a geographical location and SSID oriented towards the crowd, and time-driven distribution of different authentication pages, such as various shops and floors. High stars are customized but less emphasized. This ability is more direct to the marketing of chains and uniform image values, and it is a matter of beauty rather than master interest for high stars, using a natural difference in density.
Differences in membership and marketing orientation
The chain emphasizes the ability to sink a mobile phone number from certification into the membership system, automatic registration, graded tactics, and secondary text-message marketing, which are key to its scale. High stars also make member identification but have greater restraint, not market contact than service experience.
Cost logic is different.
The chain is rentable, flexible, cost-safe and the single store is under pressure. High stars are usually purchased, environment is more formal, servers and system versions are clearly required. No high-stellar savings are used to create high-stellars when selecting a pattern, no heavy input of high-stars is applied to them, and there are different accounts for both hotels, as well as ROI algorithms.
Implementation team and delivery differences
The chain emphasizes remote transport dimensions, i.e. loading and national replication; the star stresses field installation debugging, fine match with existing systems, and exclusive support after delivery. The difference in implementation is that the two operating models have different weights on stability and control, and procurement should include an assessment of implementation capacity rather than a mere list of equipment.
The drop point for the selection judgement
Let's see what kind of hotel we are, who the guests are, whether there is an interface between PMS and PMS, or if headquarters wants to focus on it. Answer these questions clearly, the authentication method and management structure naturally comes out without blind arguments or being biased by selling words. The drop-off point is always at home, not at other countries' poles.
Don't get picked up by a single stick.
It's called a chain, and it's a lot different in size and IT capability; it's also called a high star, with different locations and guest groups. The selection eventually goes back to their homes with PMSs, no interfaces, or headquarters focusing on these specific issues.
What do you think the supplier's evaluation is?
In all types of hotels, suppliers are evaluated for a few things: whether the certification method covers the mute terminal for guest visitors, whether log retention is subject to regulatory requirements, central control capacity, maturity of the docking PMS, implementation and after sale. These are listed as score sheets, which are more robust than sales parameters.
And then the pilot will be rolled out.
The multi-storey chain is particularly suitable for selecting a door shop pilot, running through certifications, logs, dockings, experiences, and copying them to other stores. It will allow the hidden problems to be exposed in advance, avoid full-time work and then return to work collectively, and facilitate Headquarters ' s manual of implementation that can be used again.
Budget caliber needs to be aligned first.
The selection is preceded by a budget alignment: one-time or rentable, and who's the local hardware and operating security, how to calculate the size. The different options are clear, so that the same ruler is compared without putting heavy weight into the high star to crush the chain of savings.
The branding of certified pages is part of the experience.
The authentication page is the first impression of a network, whether chained or high star. The chain needs to be uniform, and the superstar needs to serve, but the common denominator is not to get the guest stuck in the first step. Branding and certification are made smoothly, without sacrificing usability for good-looking purposes, otherwise we cannot afford to be able to make any good comments.
Don't ignore the cost of transportation.
The solution is better, no one can move in their own way. The chain is built around the cloud aAC, and the stars are built on local support for stability.
We need to consider the future expansion.
The hotel will open a new store, build a new floor, and make a new operation.
