Can the current network equipment be certified directly without replacement?
It is possible, but only after confirmation of the export, certification control points and whether existing ACs, gateways or BRAS have the required external authentication and release capabilities.
Determining the boundary:In the event of a lack of control points or inadequate equipment capacity, adjustments may be required to boost or add equipment.
Is the equipment supporting RADIUS certain to be connected?
You cannot judge by " supporting RADIUS " alone. You also check Portal jumps, attribute mapping, session control, release and bonding conditions.

Do you want to use the PPPOE proxy for multi-operator access?
Not necessarily. The normal NATHHELL_AUTH_BILLING and the sub-operation are two different routes, judged by operator AAA/BRAS, lines, account number resources and operating duties.
