Multi-operator sub-design is an important form of operation for the network billing system in such settings as higher education schools and enterprise dormitories. The essence is that, by wishing to provide Internet access to users and charge them a fee, they are able to hand over their authentication and dialling to operators through a proxy gateway. In this model, the cost-based systems and the relays and operators AAA systems work together three ways, with greater complexity than single operators build their own networks.

NatShell V7 Authentication & Billing System capabilities in multi-operator settings cover the components of dialling certification, multiple operator selection, secondary authentication, and billing association. The system supports the interface between Radius and the operator BOSS and the local AAAA certification report to be certified twice by the operator AAAA.

Basic process of transfer

The proxy process can be understood as follows: users access the Internet after connecting WiFi and traffic is via a dial-up gateway, which is redirected by Portal to the authentication page; users enter an online account password authentication on the Portal page; Authentication & Billing platform returns successful certification results to the passior and sends down the account number and password; dialling requests are initiated with BRAS, the corresponding operator, after the dial-up switch has obtained the code; and users have been granted access to the Internet following adoption of AAAA recognition.

In this process, the user experience is"Login at once"The actual behind-the-post certification is two: the first, Portal Certification (recording system), and the second, PPOE Dialup Certification (AAA for operators). Both certifications are linked to enable users to access the Internet.

Multi-operator Autoselection

When the network is connected to multiple operators, the dialysis needs to decide."Which operator is the user's traffic?"V7 supports multi-operator access, auto-selection, load balance, and failure switch. Automatically select paths can send different address pools depending on the type of operator that the user binds to ensure that the user takes the line online; load balances spread traffic across multiple lines; and fail-over guarantees that other lines are taken over when a line is out.

DNS smart re-direction is also an important ability to proxy the scene. In WebPortal access mode, users have access to IPs via DHCP and authenticate their own online applications, which can be identified and intelligently redirected to a corresponding network of operators, avoiding negative experiences due to inconsistent web IP and operator lines that DNS dissect.

Second authentication and local certification forwarding

Secondary accreditation is the most typical application in a proxy setting. V7 supports local AAA certifications to be forwarded to operators for two validations, and operator reports of errors can be translated into custom versions for distribution to users. V7 also supports COA mode dialling: BRAS gateway and dial-up gateway separation, with user proxy access.

The location of the proxy model is highly dependent on operator-side collaboration: operator AAAA docking, acquits rules, error reporting returns, and clearing calibre needs to be confirmed by the operator. The ability mentioned in the information (e.g. local AAAA relay, COA dialling) is available for specific projects depending on the operator interface ' s openness and connectivity conditions.

Cost characteristics of the alternative scenario

Under the proxy model, the billing system is for end-users and operators for operators. The billing system supports a variety of costing models such as time, flow, basket, etc., and selfdefined packages, batch openings, automatic shutdowns, bill statistics, data export.

The same is true of the accommodation scene, where the factory apartment values low-vigils with multiple operators' access, rental houses values cloud billing and unattended charges, and corporate dormitories generally use proxy NATSHEL_AUTH_BILLING to mark multi-operator auto-choice, load balance, and failure switch. The selection is done by sorting out what kind of scene belongs to the operator, then looking at the program so that Li Tai will not be able to take a crown.

The proxy setting has several mandatory requirements for authentication and billing. The webPortal and PPPoE, L2TP, 802.1X combinations of the solicitation parameters are common to multiple business scenes that distribute authentication by user type; cruise restrictions, dynamic VLAN, MAC NATSHEL_SEAMLES_AUTH, etc., determine whether users have consistent certification experiences when moving across buildings and between ACs. V7 supports the integration of multiple ACs and multi-producer NAS equipment, with different user groups designating different manufacturers ' NAS products and generating different distribution rules that directly determine whether or not programmes are available in sites where multiple operators and multi-equipment producers coexist.

The network environment is also upgraded, and IPv6 is an issue that cannot be bypassed by the proxy project. V7 supports IPv4/IPv6 single-stores, double-tock access, campus networks evolve to IPv6, with a normal working capability for authentication, billing, route selection in two-trip environments; supports roaming restrictions, dynamic VLAN functions, and consistency of user strategies and address allocation across AC movements. These entries appear in the solicitation parameters, indicating compatibility issues that buyers have foreseen for the next generation of networks, and selects the dialling process and billing rules under IPv6.

The commercial terms of the sub-design project are determined before the technology option is finalized."User side income"and"Operator-side costs"The accounts are accounted for separately, but the calculation of the accounts and who counts and by which is ultimately dependent on an agreement with the operator.

Multi-operator dialling is a form of high technical complexity in network billing systems, involving the synergy of authentication, dial-up, route selection, and multiple points of billing. Before project start, it is more important to clarify the operator’s terms of connection, settlement, fault liability boundaries than equipment.
