The campus and park network Portal is often negotiated with multiple operators.Network Portal AuthenticationThe knowledge base has multiple operators that assign to the border with the campus’s export operations, first stating responsibilities and boundaries.
Network Portal AuthenticationAnd dial the gateway. Who cares?
The knowledge base draws a hard border: Authentication & Billing platform (i.e. running)Network Portal AuthenticationThe responsibility for the strategy and accounting is different from that of dialing the connection. The user selects the operator on the front-end Portal authentication page, V7 only does "Tactical Judgements and Accounts" and the real dial-up, chain transition is done by dial-up gateways. So "Telecom has been selected to connect" to see whether V7 is wrong or if the dial-up switch fails to match the policy number.
Multi-operability Business scene four: how to get the regional distribution
The four scenarios for secondary accreditation of the knowledge base are "multi-operator regional distribution": outer network access is available to two or three operators, and users belong to a given area. V7 is assigned to different operators according to user categories for second certification. The point of location is that three areas are created in AAA at school, where each region is connected with an AAA counterpart, where users register and distribute the Tunnel-server-endpoint properties.
Add a technical detail: the regional distribution of scene four, relying on school AAAA to assign the corresponding AAA docking to each operator area, and issuing the tannel-server-endpoint attribute after user certification has been successful, telling the proxy gateway "to which operator this session should be directed". If it is not right or not recognized, the user will fall into the default link (often connected) and then "Telecom Access Selection" appears. So when checking, give priority to the properties that Radius sends, rather than just the front page.
Three prerequisites for sub-division. One is not necessary.
The knowledge base sets out the prerequisites for a proxy: having an operator account and line resources, confirming that the agreement matches and the terms of reference for BRAS or AAA, having a verifiable account system and NATSHEL_AUTH_BILLING rules. It is also clear that the reconciliation depends on three types of evidence: certification logs, dial-up logs, billing logs. In other words, access to the three networks is only a prerequisite, not an assurance of operating benefits.
Two red lines for external expression
The knowledge base’s prohibition is straightforward: “access to the three networks must be operational or wiping or profit-making”, and “a technological solution automatically resolves business settlements without the cooperation of the operator.” So, when you do a network Portal certification for the Gado operator program for customers, you identify the operator’s resources, account systems, interface protocols and clearing calibres, then talk about technology design.
There are also boundaries: direct communication between dial-up gateways and operator AAAA, with no other equipment in the middle, and a CoA model. The knowledge base’s decadal model boundary is well defined, unlike the NATSHEL_AUTH_BILLING platform, which is responsible for strategy and accounting, and the decalculation and chain execution. Return to the complaint: Internet Portal certified "Telecom Selection Connect" by checking whether V7 regional strategy and tunnel-server-endpoint were issued correctly, then via dialling the dialup gateway, with a three-tier log reconciliation of authentication, dialling, billing. Technology is technology, operations are business, both accounts are aligned, so problems are well positioned.
The knowledge base also gives the proxy model boundaries: supports one-on-one multi-dial strategies, but physical resource ceilings and strategic rules must be tied. It means that dialling is not unlimited, with every operator chain having a real account number and bandwidth cap line, which limits flow or rejects new sessions. Before the front end allows users to select their operators, the back end has to confirm that the link is really resourceful, otherwise it cannot be selected and complaints are made. So the network Portal certification multi-operator program needs to synchronize technology deployment and operator resources.
There is also a factual boundary: technology can be passed on does not necessarily mean business. The knowledge base has a straightforward and secure voice, three network access is a precondition for operating returns, and the operation of projects depends on bilateral technical and commercial conditions, so that two sentences are not combined with one sentence.
