How about the accommodation WiFi network billing system for summer break?

The most special time of the year is summer vacation in the dormitory WiFi network.

The most special time of the year is summer vacation, when the dormitory WiFi network billing system is a few thousand people. When they are full and leave half of their days off, the rest are students who have been studying for school, students who attend training courses, and vacant accommodations with equipment. How this time accounts are arranged determines whether the school will be paid for nothing or can make a smooth transition. We've done this with several schools, and we find that the financial and internet centers are responsible for making a fool of it every year if they want to get out before they get there.

Let's see how many people are on the holidays.

Some schools are almost out of the cold, because summer camps and study in-schools have three adults; some schools are on the contrary. The billing system has to be built up by building and date, so that the network center has this data and financial reconciliation. We've seen the headshot say that vacations are useless and completely eliminated, and that the number of people left behind is stronger than average, and schools pay for all bandwidth costs.

Don't cut the school dropouts' bills.

The bill should not be cut off for students who actually stay. They also have to check the documentation, hand over their homework, and meet with their mentors. We suggest that the regular billing and charging channels be maintained for the holidays, but that those who stay in school be given a preferential floor, such as holiday packages, which are lower than the duration of the term, shorter and less frequent. This covers both costs and the group of people who stay in schools. The trouble is to identify who stays: some schools are marked by a lot of retention lists from the system of work, while others rely on student self-help applications. In either case, the fee system can use a large amount of leave strategy rather than a manual change.

The empty dorm room equipment needs to be processed.

The holidays are empty, but they may contain routers, smart devices, and a network of silent traffic. These are either students who have forgotten to close or automatically connect to the equipment. We suggest that a batch alert be made before the holidays to let the student leave school without his own equipment; the system side automatically moves into hibernation for days without flow, without charge or resources. When the starter returns, the button is activated. Without processing these empty devices, the holiday bill will mix up an unclaimed stream of traffic and the financial reconciliations will be full of question marks.

Payable for leave and school starter

There is also a time limit: the end of the holiday, the link to the school. If the student leaves, the start-up network is not directly cut off, and the payment of the fee is clearly defined. We generally recommend that the leave should be paid within the grace period, without rushing to break the net and avoid the first day of the student’s return to school, and that the client’s service should be kept in check.

We need to get a clear account of the financials.

Finally, the most economical accounting for summer holidays is a fully stated account. What part of the accounts are collected by students who are studying abroad, which portion is the cost of silence and which part is the benefit of leave benefits. We suggest that the billing system supports the use of special vacation statements on a regular basis, building-by-building basis, and that the financials report to the leadership. Many school holiday accounts are messy, not systematic, but nobody asks them to do so.

Leave benefits don't become long-term benefits.

The preferential term for school leavers must be set up at a clear start and the automatic cutback strategy. We have seen them cancel, while the rest of the semester is still being paid at low rates for holidays and schools are receiving less than a large sum. The system binds preferences and cycles to be reliable than manual memory.

The list of stayrs needs to be updated.

The list of school stays is mobile, and there are people who leave school in transit, and others who return to school temporarily. The list of school stays is updated dynamically by the billing system, rather than being imported before school starts. We suggest that the source should be a new interface, with the first change in the system effective on the day when the billing comes into effect.

The bandwidth of the empty building can be lowered.

The holidays are empty, the entire building is temporarily downsized and resources are diverted to buildings where students are concentrated. This does not count as a fee system, but billing data can tell the network centre which building is really useful and used for bandwidth control decisions. We have seen vacations full of bandwidth, regardless of the building, so that those who stay in school are crowded and empty.
