The campus area is over, and the deployment of the campus network certification system becomes a real problem."A certified server runs the school."The way to play, in the context of a multi-basket campus and dozens of buildings, immediately reveals delays, single points, and wiring. How to make structures central and not completely undefeated is where the most test design power is found in such projects.
A concentrated or distributed one.
The first part of the structure is to be certified as a core. Centralized, all authentication logic is put in the central office, with campuses only connected, managed uniform and coherently, but the stability and delay of cross-school links directly determine the experience, once the centre has broken down the network. Distribution is based on a local identification node for each school district, which normally handles each other’s own strategy and accounts. We generally recommend that: the school area should have a secure, low-time, centralized line; if it is Internet-connected or even trans-city-boundary, it must be distributed up there, otherwise the entire faculty will be re-settled at one time.
Authentication and access are decoupled.
There is a principle that can't be broken, whether it's centralized or distributed: the authentication control level and access layer must be decoupled. Access switches, wireless controllers are responsible only for the connection."Send out the authentication request."The real judgement is in the authentication server. So a building changes access, so long as it can transmit certification requests, that the upper logic remains intact. Conversely, an upgrade of the authentication server does not affect the flow of downstairs switches.
The multi-building access strategy needs to be flexible.
A teaching building and a dormitory building vary in demand from day to day. Accommodations are limited, stunned, supported by more than one person; laboratories may open ports, allow for direct access to scientific equipment; administrative buildings be stable and traceable. A good structure would have to make the strategy flexible on the floor, not on the entire school."Location"A first-class citizen: the system needs to know from which building and point of access this account is coming in to set its strategy. If you ignore the location dimension when deployed, every change of strategy that follows will be made online and at great risk.
It's not as easy to buy one more.
The cost of a single point of failure is magnified in multi-school structures."I'll buy another one for the heat."The high-availability of the authentication system is high, but the high-availability difficulty is synchronized with the session: the main node is dead and the intended node was taken over, and the teacher/student sessions already online are still in place, deciding whether they are unconscious or alllined. So the architecture will have to ask the manufacturer how to keep the online session when a failure switch takes place, how long it takes to switch, and whether new entries can be entered during this period. Write these indicators into the acceptance, rather than simply asking if they are available."Do not support binary machines"Much more.
The radius of the transporter determines whether you can handle it.
The structure is also a function of the operation. Multi-schools mean that at any point, the operator may have to travel across half the city. So the logs on access levels and authentication nodes will be brought together in one place and the alarm will be different."Which building, which equipment, what type?"Not just for a general one."Authentication failed"We suggest that the architecture treat observability as a mandatory requirement: without a uniform log and locational alarm structure, later transports will collapse. Putting this surveillance together is much better than getting it online.
Leave an expanded interface
Finally, the campus will be built and built up with smooth nodes. Some schools were designed to build three buildings, then expanded to 30, certified servers could not hold up, and machines found that authorizations were sold on an initial scale and expansion would have to be re-valued. So when structure reviews are conducted, ask if the extension is a node or a switch, how the authority is calculated, and where the access point ceilings are.
We'll check the campus connections first.
In multi-school structures, certified traffic runs through campuses, and the encryption tunnels on special lines and Internet are very different in cost and safety. Not on paper, but on two links, which can be concentrated, vibrating and breaking rates, and deciding which schools can be centralized and which must be distributed. We have seen a budget-based selection of cheap Internet connections, with late peak certification requesting timeouts across cities, teachers and students often turning off, and finally adding to the line.
The responsibility for shipping is assigned to the campus.
The main office is equipped with a lot of campuses, and the transport organization has to follow."Central management strategy, campus site."The two-tier system of transport, and local contacts need to be able to understand the warning about location.
