Condoctor of the apartment WiFi charge system: dial-in certification vs self-constructed export, with a cost difference

The apartment is charged for WiFi, and there are two main ways to connect the operator.

The apartment is a WiFi charge, and there are two main ways to connect operators.

Sub-design authentication

The dial-up certification is the tenant’s registration of accounts on the Portal page of the apartment, entered in the operator’s broadband account number and password.

The share is fixed when the project is discussed.

The benefits of dialling certification are low input. Apartments do not need bandwidth and operators provide lines. The system is primarily responsible for authentication and user management, with hardware inputs mainly from NATSHEL_AUTH_GATEWAY.

The rate of return on the sub-dealing certification is low. Operators take a portion of the rent and flats receive less money. And the system is highly dependent on operators, whose systems are synchronized if they change interfaces and upgrade AAA platforms.

The dialling certification also takes compatibility into account. Different operators have different AAA interfaces, with different telecommunications, mobile and connectivity.

Self-building exports

The tenant pays for the apartment and the cost of the bandwidth is borne by the flat.

The benefit of self-building exports is that the profits are exclusive. Tenant pay for 50 bucks a month, and the apartment is all. And the system is highly autonomous, not dependent on changes in the operator's interface, and functional upgrades are their own decisions.

But the upfront cost of self-building exports is high. Broadband costs are a fixed expense, ranging from tens to hundreds of thousands per month, depending on the size and bandwidth of users.

Self-built exports also have to do their own AAA platforms. Certification, traffic statistics, NATSHEL_LOG_AUDIT, all of these functions are done by themselves or available systems remodeled. The technology is more complex than dial-up certification.

Cost comparison

Assuming 1,000 apartments, 600 households are paid a month at $50 per household and 30,000 monthly income.

The apartment is divided into 37 units.

Under self-built exports, bandwidth costs are assumed to be $150 per M/year and $110,000 per M/month at $216,000. Monthly income is $30,000, leaving $72,000 after deduction of bandwidth costs and $864 million a year.

In terms of annual returns, self-constructed exports are higher than dialysis certification. But self-constructed exports bear the cost of bandwidth and do not use proxy certification.

The tenant of the Internet has directly approached the operator and the apartment has lost its manpower.

The cost of manpower is factored in.

How?

The certification is more appropriate if the apartment and operator have a cooperative relationship.

If the apartment wants to take full control of the network, self-build exports are the only option.

The tenant uses the operator’s broadband, and the real name and the audit are all the operators.

The apartment is used for proxy certification.

The company buys its own bandwidth and controls it more rigorously, but the bandwidth costs are borne by itself.

Both approaches are not absolutely good or bad, depending on the mode of cooperation and team capacity.
