Joint operations are a partnership between the three parties.

The campus operation is a comprehensive model of school-based integration with multiple operators, which can be tied to the school wireless and mobile phone set by dialling gateways, Authentication & Billing system, and an optional 5G network. Three roles are clear: schools run basic networks, manage students and maintain security; operators bring in integrated package numbers and export bandwidth; platforms move out Authentication & Billing systems, dial-up gateways, RadiusProxy and technology carriers.

The split ratio is based on size and negotiation, not fixed

The information gives several typical split models: 60% of the school-led schools are owned by 30% of the platform; 40% of the operator is run by 40% of the platform; 50% of the triangular schools are operated by 50% of the platform. Note that these are reference areas, with specific percentages varying from school size to operator competition and negotiation to not being written as promises.

The technical location of the NATHHELL_AUTH_BILLING system between three parties

The platform provides a network of NATHELL_AUTH_BILLING systems that assume Portal, 802.1X, PPPOPE certifications, billing suite management, account number synchronization, user administration, NATSHEL_LOG_AUDIT and anti-advice agents. The system is technically based by matching the accounts of schools, operators, platforms and three-way accounts.

Distinction between joint and sub-operation, fee-based operation

Joint operations emphasize integration packages and tripartite cooperation, usually with a 5G network, where the benefits are shared by operators, schools and operators. The proxy operator only gives a wide-ranging account, which is more than paid for by the operator, and the school may receive part of the fee, not normally five Gs. The fee runs on its own charge, the student gets his own school account, and the school has to build its own export. All three models of certification systems involve different sources of account, attribution of proceeds, and network responsibility.

Watch your step: account synchronisation and reconciliation are two dark lines

The joint operations are located in two easily retraceable locations. First, the account is synchronized with the new account openings for students and the operator's backstage interface to ensure synchronization, interfaces and field matching, which are some of the capabilities that require on-site confirmation and cannot be linked by default. Second, the split checks are reconciled by three types of logs: authentication, dialing, billing, and matching, technology is not worth a commercial automaticity. And the set of meals is designed to meet student needs, multiple operators have access to quality, and 7x24 transports.

Success stories are large, no numbers.

The information includes several examples of joint operations at universities, with students ranging from 60 to 30,000 and competing operators. These cases illustrate how models work, but not as a commitment to any school or as a source of its own clients. The case cited is the industry’s physical presence, based on actual cooperation between schools.

Joint business processes

The process is linked to: basic network building, introduction of operator-sign agreements with fixed ledgers, synchronization of accounts, student contribution to operator opening account with integrated package numbers, mobile phone numbering online through Portal or 802.1X, automatic route dialling of the gateway to bind operators, final distribution of fees to schools on a regular basis and platform-side charging for technical services. Each step involves both technical and commercial moves, the account synchronization and reconciliation are two secret lines, interface fields are aligned, and three logs are aligned to run.

Practical benefits for students and schools

Schools are free of export investment, revenue-sharing, management control and transport benefits; operators are given higher opening rates, larger campus shares, better integration packages, faster access to ARPUs; students are provided with better prices, more alternative operators, mobile phone numbers. Cooperation is long-term if each has the benefit. But the benefits are based on the availability of network quality, package design, and maintenance services, which are business and operating locations, not automatic systems.

Beware of the matter before it is entered into the contract.

Several things are to be nailed before landing: the account number is synchronized with the operator ' s back office to ensure synchronization; the split ratio cannot be written down by size and negotiation; the integration package must meet students ' needs at a reasonable price; multiple operators have access to quality assurance; and the carrier has 7x24 professional teams. These items are written into notes and pre-contract communication, which will only be implemented later on. The certification system serves as a technical base, matching the tri-account bill logs to make it operational, which is its real contribution to joint operations.

Platforms sell more than systems, ongoing services

Platform benefits are divided by software authorizations, mainly technical support services and value-added services such as NATSHEL_LOG_AUDIT, anti-agents, etc. Value to schools is not delivered on a one-time basis, but long-term: 7x24 response, configuration rollback, double-telephone heat, data backup. The platform is selected for continuous service capability, not lowest offer. This part of the program is true, so that schools know what the platform is going to pay and what it receives.
