The school WiFi is the first question to answer at the decision-making level. Most colleges eventually move to charge for their own services, but the fees vary widely: some schools build their own networks, others send them to operators, and some run together. The campus WiFi Natsell_AUTH_BILLING system supports these different business models rather than just one."It's a charge."Tools.

NatShell V7 Authentication & Billing supports the school self-construction and PPPOE substituting two mainstream models on campus fee operations. The network architecture, account number systems, and chargers are different from each other, and the selection is made in conjunction with the actual school experience.

Model I: School self-built and fully autonomous

The core advantage of the school-based self-building model, where schools or third parties are responsible for basic network building (POE+AP or POL+AP), is that schools provide Internet accounts and charge fees to students through Authentication & Billing.

The skills that the V7 has under its own construction model include: a cascading with a campus to achieve uniform identification and flat fees; free manual services for students through mobile Portal page self-registration, self-service contributions; fee-based strategy support year, month, day, length, flow, prepaid fee, post-payment, exemption from charge; camp management support charges, bills, refunds, financial statements and reconciliation.

The flexibility of the costing strategy is particularly important in the self-build model. Schools can design a package based on regional and time scales: accommodation areas are provided for each month free of charge, experimental buildings are paid for long periods; residual traffic can be set at zero or transferred for the next month, access bans or downscaling may run out; special users or applications can be exempted from fee-free strategies.

The school itself is built to be concerned with exports: schools are required to do their own work on Internet exports or purchase export bandwidth, which is costly. If schools do not have the right resources for exporting, the economics of the self-build model must be recalculated.

Mode II: PPOE sub-division, with the operator undertaking export

Under the PPOE proxy model, operators provide wide home accounts, are tied to Portal 1-to-one on campus network billing systems and are docked on dialling gateways; students use cellular numbers as Internet accounts, but open accounts are kept in sync with operators’ openings and fees. Schools include multiple operators, students can freely choose their operator and setup, school wireless and mobile packages are tied up, student packages are cheaper, schools are free of export construction costs.

The dial-up process is: students connect to WiFi to the Internet and traffic through the dial-up gateway is redirected to Portal pages; students enter account password authentication; NATSHEL_AUTH_BILLING platform returns successful certification results to the dial-up gateway and issues a code for sub-description; dial-up requests are made to BRAS, which is an counterpart operator; user access is available after AAAA recognition."Login at once"And behind it are two certifications.

The system requirements of the dial-up model are concentrated on multi-operator management: V7 supports multiple operators to simultaneously perform PPPoE/PORTAL sub-divisions, supports multi-operators to auto-choice, load balance, failure switch and DNS intelligent retortion; in conjunction with NATSHEL_ANTI_SHARG anti-agent functions, detect end personality features and user identifiers through DPI depth, determine client-end behaviour and block their outcomes in combination with data analysis. Bandwidth control can be fined down to 32 Kbps, limiting access to large traffic applications such as proxy servers and BT.

The preconditions for the fall of the proxy model are to confirm in advance that there is a operator account and line resources, that the operator’s back office is synchronized with the account, and that it needs to be confirmed that the agreement matches and the BAS/AAA conditions are not unilaterally determined by the school. These are not those which can be decided by the school, but that the choice is made clear to the operator before the option.

Cost differences between the two models

The system is similar in terms of the billing: multiple billing strategies, user group management, batch opening, automatic shutdowns, billing statistics. Differentiated between the main providers: school-based construction is a school charge and students use campus accounts; proxy is a operator charge, and students use cellular phones and operators' suites."Who collects the money, who splits the account, how do you reconcile it?"(b) Difference.

V7 supports automatic shutdowns for end-of-services, security guarantees and consumption suspensions, and a downtime strategy (immediate or slow down) that can be configured in both modes. The system’s accounting is complete and auditable regardless of the charge.

The product capacity of the system is subject to daily operation tests in both modes: precision flow billing supports flow-based charges and traffic quotas, with NAC precision charge being accurate to the flow that users actually use; daily business clearing and stoppages for year, month and day packages are performed and the package is automatically processed when it expires; advance payment is opened after payment and then trial payments are made, while two account periods models cover different consumption habits; time-to-time long counting costs can set a maximum of time spent over a cycle; fee-free strategies provide free meals for special users or special applications (e.g., educational resource visits). These capabilities are routine, not expensive operations.

The experience of the valorization chain also directly affects the contribution rate. V7 supports the charge card function, which allows for payment of silver to third-party netherds, student self-help charges, self-help binding operator accounts and reduced manual financial reconciliation.

Schools can choose the main model according to their own conditions, or they can be used in different campuses and at different stages. The key is to figure out three things about export resources, operator cooperation terms, fee-based targets, then model them and then let NATSHEL_AUTH_BILLING match models instead of the other.
