The agent classification is a non-diplomatic issue in the operating model of the campus Wi Authentication & Billing system. Park operators build and maintain networks, property deals with space and user relations, and possibly lower agents for sale in a building or a region. Multiplicity of participants involves allocation of rights and revenue.

Basic structure for the ranking of agents

NATSHEL_BRAND V7 supports multilevel agent management, typically with a three-tier structure: the first-level agent (campaign operator) has the highest authority to manage the entire campus NATSHEL_AUTH_BILLING system, develop billing strategies and view data for the whole campus; the second-tier agent (property or regional cooperation) manages users of designated areas or designated user groups that can open accounts, collect fees and look at their own area data but cannot be reprogrammable to the global configuration; the third-level agent (building manager or sales agent) can only create user accounts within delegated limits, process user contributions and see no other region data. At the core of the three-tier structure is a narrow hierarchy of competencies, each operating only within its own resources.

Borders of competence of the first-level agents

The first-level agent is the top manager of the system and is responsible for global configuration: billing strategy development, suite pricing, certification options, system parameter setting, equipment management, creation of all agents' accounts and allocation of rights. The first-level agent has access to all operating data from the entire campus, including total income, regional income comparisons, user growth trends, online users, traffic statistics. The number of first-level agents needs to be strictly controlled, usually 2 to 3 persons, and double factor authentications are activated because the primary-level agent has too much authority and disclosure means that the whole system is out of control. The first-level agent may create and disable the lower-level agent account, adjust the sub-agent splits and check the operating log of the next-level agent.

The second-tier agent's competency design

The secondary agent is usually a property or regional partner, managing the user of one or more buildings/regions. The second agent’s terms of reference include creating user accounts in an authorized area, paying for user charges, viewing the region’s user lists and online status, and looking at income data from the region. But the secondary agent cannot modify billing strategies and set prices, see other regions’ data, create proxy accounts, or change system configurations.

Appearances applicable to level-III agents

The three-tier agent is the sales or service provider at the lowest level, such as the owner of a convenience store under the dormitory building and the staff of the campus service centre. Each level-III agent operates on a log record, and the level-I agent can trace to whom each transaction is operated.

How do you get the revenue score?

The central claim for agent classification is a split. V7 supports the calculation of revenue by proxy dimensions, with each agent's full value, opening account numbers, and user numbers separately reported. The split ratio is set at the level 1 agent back-office, where the second agent receives 20% of the region's income and the third agent gets 5% of each charge. The system automatically calculates the due revenue per agent, generates monthly ledger statements, and the first agent checks it through either line or line. Attention is also paid to the processing of sub-payments for refunds, which are subject to recovery by the corresponding agent after user fees and are supported by the system.

Audit and wind control for agent operations

The bigger the agent system, the higher the operational risk. There must be a complete audit log: every broker's login time, log on IP, created account number, charge value, and change operation records, which cannot be deleted by the agent itself, but only by the first-level agent. Wind control rules are configured to create an account trigger alarm in large numbers of minutes for individual agents, a charge alarm for an abnormal amount of charges, or an alert for an exception to an agent's log on IP. The agent ' s password policy is mandatory: at least 8 people, with case letters and numbers, 90 days of forced replacement, five locks down for login failure.

Actual usage of agent statements

The agent reporting function of V7 is not intended for level I. Each agent logs into the accounts within its own purview. Second-level agents see monthly revenues, user numbers, online rates, and list of defaulters in the region for operational decision-making. Third-level agents see their sales performance and calculations. First-level agents see aggregate data across the campus and comparison among agents to assess regional operating conditions and agency performance.

The campus's WiFi Authentication & Billing proxy ranking, with a central focus on restricted access and transparent revenue-based ledgers. Level I management and pricing, secondary area users and fees, and sales contacts under level III liners. The split ratio is configured and calculated automatically in the system, operating log records are kept, wind rules are protected against anomalies, statements are classified. The agent system is designed to enable park operations to expand coverage by industry and bottom-line contact points, multiple income sharing, cooperative relationships are stable; poorly designed, confused privileges are not yet distributed, and sooner or later problems arise.
