Any link between accounts, protocols, and fields is not matched, the dial-up fails, and the user sees "certification failure" while those who mistook often suspect that the system has been passed on to the dial-up switch.
So four premises must be identified before the dialling: first, whether there are operators and line resources; second, if the agreement matches, or is BRAS/AA in conjunction with it; third, if there are verifiable account systems and authentication strategies; fourth, whether the billing rules are clear. All four missing items are left on paper, and no other adjustments to parameters can be made at the site, and resources have to be negotiated back to business.

The most easy thing to say about a single NAT is that it is one-on-one. A matching NAT conversion between an IP on the Internet and a PPOE proxy dial-up session is created, authentication is successful before release and failure returns to Portal. The functions of the dial-up gateway and Authentication & Billing platform are different: the former is responsible for numbering and chain execution, while the latter is responsible for strategy and accounting. When you mix them up, it is not clear whether dialing is wrong or not.

Submitting funds can introduce a number of operators to set-up their meals and raise opening rates and yield space, but the reconciliation depends on evidence in the certified logs, dial-up logs, bill logs, etc. Technical capabilities and commercial locations have to be described separately and cannot be described as necessarily compatible.
So, before going online, multiple operators can replace them, except for the four technical prerequisites above, they need to confirm the account synchronization mechanism and clearing caliber. WiFi network billing systems can design a dialysis, but whether it works is technically and commercially dependent.

Many sites have classified the user ' s head as unconnected to a billing system, but most of them are using the two sections. The sequence of barriers is clear and the responsibility is clear: local certification and billing are their own, BRAS/AAA and the line operator. This route can be written into the code before the DODP is online, with less later material, and fast positioning when operators fail to match up, without finding any reason for it in days.

The list is longer than technology. Operator resources: which account numbers, who comes out, and whom lines go to. Settlement: the ratio of splitting, reconciliation cycles, who pays bills. Account number synchronizing: how the account opening operator aligns with the operator backstage, so that the school does not open the operator.
And there is a division of export responsibility: whether the proxy failed or the operator, who responded to the failure window. The card clearly states that technology does not automatically settle business settlements, so this list is a prerequisite for sub-design operations and not an option. By identifying commerce and technology together, it will be impossible to " dial without playing leatherball on both sides " at a later stage.
The reconciliation is more accurate: the evidence for the certification log, dial-up log, and billing logs must be aligned, otherwise it cannot be separated from who uses the home and how much to settle. The application of the code is a step-by-step process. It is recommended to select one or two buildings or a campus grayscale, which will verify that all four parts of Portal authentication, dialling, one-to-one NAT and bill reconciliation are connected and then gradually expand. The grey period exposes the operators ' BRAS/AAA collaboration, account synchronization, field problems, not so much as the full-line access card at the school level, and the screening is also small in scope and has a manageable impact.
The grey scale is also left behind: problems can be removed from the original export without being tied to a sub-dial. The card has been used to write down the line of dedicating, which is dependent on external resources. The return of the grayness is a controlled approach that puts "external dependence risk" in jeopardy and a practical discipline that allows for smooth delivery of the dialled projects, so do not try to push it all quickly.
