WiFi certification system is real. Whoever's online, who's responsible for the marks.

Wireless certification is for the true identity of employees and visitors, and their Internet access. These data are security-related and compliant high-risk assets.

Wireless certification is about the true identity of employees and visitors, and about their online behaviour. These are security-related and compliant high-risk assets. Whoever logs out, what they have, when they have been boarded, from which equipment is uncertain: nothing can be detected, regulated to be checked, and no internal misuse discovered. The actual name compliance is not a byproduct of compliance, it is a question that wireless authentication must answer in person, leaving clear traces that one can prevent an incident.

The real name is to be picked up by the smallest group of recognizables.

The name is not taken as much as it is, but the smallest collection that can be traced to a specific person: staff members take personal status, visitors take cell phone numbers or receptions. Much of this is for privacy, which is less responsible and balanced.

The authentication must leave a mark on the whole thing.

Each successful certification, who, when, which device, and which identity is mapd to leave a mark. The trails are security proofs and the basis for the dispute: the account can be traced back to which log-in it was fraudulently used. The marks are also traceable: the authentication records match the status of the person concerned, the events that occurred were released at the time of the incident, not a confused record, but an audit most likely without the end of the record.

Identity and behavior must be separated.

The identity and online behaviour data are stored separately and searched separately. Name workers and Internet records are checked in one library, and the leak is blown up if they reveal or exceed their privacy compliance.

Access to approval for mark-up

The identification of sensitive assets is as dangerous as the disclosure. Approval of a check-up is possible to hold you accountable.

The duration of the retention must be legal and have boundaries.

The certification and web logs retain the required retention, which should not be unlimited. Infinite retention is a burden as well as a risk, and failure to clean up may itself be inconsistent. The duration can also be configured to remind that automatic notification of fast maturity for disposal is personal, it is missing, it is either early to throw evidence or late to cause trouble, and the period is both privacy and compliance.

Regulating docking is subject to territorial requirements.

Many industries require wireless certification of feeder webcams, real names and Internet logs. The docking format and frequency are required by the domain.

Third-party access to data protocols

SMSs, office platforms, audits, etc., send these third-party channels with data protocols: what to pass on is not a problem. The accesses are easy to get out of the area without knowing it. The protocol also needs to be verified: it is regularly checked if the third party has crossed or used them, and don't sign up for it.

The staff needs to train. Don't look at it.

The front desk and network staff can touch the identity data daily, and they can train to see what they can do. Staff members are unaware of the screenshots, curious about their contacts, and have a leak.

We need to close the leak.

In case of disclosure, there is an emergency plan: how fast to discover, inform, inform, report, or stop. No advance has been made in the time of the gold leaks. Emergency also needs to be rehearsed: the leak is more revealing than the leak, the drill changes are on the scene, the real thing is steady, and the data leak exercises have done less than their counterparts should do.

Compliance must be publicly proven.

Compliance is not self-evident. It requires proof: minimum collection, storage separation, access to approvals, and retention of the use in accordance with the law. The evidence is always available, and inspections or disputes can be made immediately.

Compliance requires an employee to explain his or her speech.

The rules of compliance by real names must be understood: why do you need a real name, how to use data and whether you can check yourself?

The Wireless Certification System is not hidden but clearly marked: the minimum collection of names, the full identification mark, the separation of identity behaviour, access to clearance marks, retention in accordance with law, supervision of territorial status, third-party contracting, staff training, disclosure of emergency and state of affairs. Ten events are closed, so that compliance and visitor status are both retroactive and not abused. Compliance is maintained, wireless certification is true, and employees sleep well together at comfort companies.
