The owner of a single hotel has a wireless name. The hotel chain is built on his own eyes. There are dozens of hotels, and the headquarters cannot just look at the model store. It must have a uniform view of the branch office’s real coverage, audit success rate, and unusual items. One shop quietly closes or loses it, and risks are stoked by the group.
Headquarters needs a unified view.
The store certification and audit data are aggregated to a panel at Headquarters: which shop has lost its real name, which has failed, which logs have expired, and which is visible. Without a uniform view, the stores are not happy and the headquarters is kept in the dark. The view must also be drilled down: which of the total qualifications are long-term below, and where they are located, not just for the group ' s success rate, which may be hidden from the group, where the group is dragged out of the house, where it is the most wrong and whose value can be seen to be bad.
The rules of the store need to be harmonized with templates.
The template is not uniform, with store B staying for six months and a check to examine the group's own calibre. It also allows exceptions: individual stores have different territorial requirements, go-and-checks are localized, not randomly changed from one shop to another, except that registration can be done retroactively, otherwise it becomes nominally unified and practically operational, and compliance audits are most likely to be consistent.
The success rate is to be tested.
The audit logs send the success rate, which is a central indicator of chain compliance. A store sends a frequent breakdown that equals the fact that the shop's online records are not monitored and compliant vacuums. Success rates go through the shops, drop to thresholds for warning and continue low-level inspections. Time runs: seasons and seasons can vary but cannot be lower than the statutory bottom line, so do not cover up the average shop's long-term lows, and each house is actually delivered every day, not the annual average.
New store access is standard.
The new shop is open to wireless real names, and it has a standard access process: matching calibres, fields, pushes, retention of one-time matches, and the headquarters acceptance pass. The new store is most vulnerable because it forgets compliance. The standard process also carries a receipt list: one by one, which is not right, so that the new shop is closed for medical reasons, and after doing business, the cost is far from being equal, and the chain expands faster than the next.
The anomaly needs an upgrade.
The shop has a technical capability gap, and the small store may not be able to handle the docking faults, but it will become a compliance breach. The upgrade must also be time-bound: it is too late to deal with automatic promotions; it should not leave abnormally in the shop, the upgrading mechanism ensures that problems are connected, managed and closed, or done, worse than never, because headquarters thinks they know.
Data to be aggregated but not stored naked.
Headquarters looks at shop data, but the original identity data of the stores need not be fully centralized in the nakedness of headquarters. The aggregates are compliance and indicators, the original logs remain in the store as required, and the headquarters check-out is done on demand. Centralized nudity increases exposure and magnifies compliance responsibility, and there is a whole group of occurrences. It also separates: indicators and original sub-disposes, headquarters viewers only receive indicator streams, raw data are not entered into the main repository at Headquarters, responsibilities and data are distributed so that corporate risk is not dragged off by one store.
We need to synchronize the chain changes.
The rules or group sizes change, the real names strategy is synchronized, and all stores are front desk, network, audit are updated at the same time. Synchronous synchronization is not in place, some shops have old, old, compliance faults. Changes also need to be effective: a uniform point of time cut, different shops cut their own time, several days of discomfort, checking down a few shops with three standards that no one can explain, and uniform entry into force is a chain of discipline.
Regular compliance checks.
Headquarters regularly conducts compliance inspections of shops: random drawers, self-censorship with a regulated calibre, and watch unusual corrections. The inspection is not about to take the report, but about a few trips. True checks expose paper compliance, and a beautiful reporting system does not necessarily meet the standards. The check also carries a remix: common issues return template improvement, personal problems focus shop modification, changes from the check are made to rules and procedures, closed doors are good, nonrepeated inspections are just passing through, and the next time they are committed the same thing.
The responsibility is to the shop and the people.
The Wireless Real name of each store, the responsibility for the owner and counterpart, the problem is to find people. Responsibility is blurred, headquarters and shops push one another, and loopholes are always there. Responsibility is also to be tested: compliance indicators go to the boss, evidence is done, statements are made, it's not the best person to look at the pot, it's the most important person to see it, dozens of stores are locked up by a single head office, and the store is the first responsible person.
Headquarters capacity needs to be remotely disposed of.
The headquarters cannot just watch, it can be handled remotely: one store has been pushed to disconnect the remote reset and another shop rules have been amended by error. Only surveillance is done, and we've got to wait for the gold to be disposed of.
The hotel has a wireless and authenticated multi-portal chain, which allows the headquarters to see shops, stores, and places where they are in place. A uniform view, a unified template, an examination for pushes, standard access, upgrades, data segregation, synchronization of the whole network, real checks, responsibility for people, remote disposal. Ten things are closed, no one is left out of the chain, and the group’s compliance is not by several pole shops, but by each shop.
