The campus network is designed on a school cycle basis, but the summer holidays, training camps, summer camps, short courses and thousands of temporary cards are to be opened, used or sold in weeks. This scenario and formalization are not a game at all, and a billing system that only follows long-term accounts can drain the net if it opens and closes.
Temporary accounts need separate time windows.
The core of short-term classes is valid. Accounts should be closed for start-up dates, and the date should expire automatically, without manual debarment. The billing rules are also left by window, such as two weeks of training in uniform or daily retail sales.
The cost model and the long-term life are separated.
The formal students may be school-time packages or long-term fees, and short-term classes are more suitable for either a dry or daily charge.
The batch cards are to go the template, not manual.
A summer camp of hundreds, with manual accounts being slow and easily misformed. The billing system should support a batch of imports by template, filled in names, classes, durations, and types of funds. On import, follow-through checks for duplicates and formats, importing a list of open cards to be signed by the host teacher.
The peaks and hairs are stronger than usual.
Short-term classes are often concentrated in reporting rooms and dormitories, where the number of people who go online at the same time may exceed normal hours. The stress on the detail writing of the billing system is particularly high in those weeks.
You have to be able to clear the bill by the end of the day.
The best way to do this is to have the temporary accounts numbered, the balance cleared and the details archived in a batch after the expiration of the batches and to produce a general account for the accounts. The clearing must be done retroactively.
First, you can check the list with the host teacher.
Before you can load the cards, check the template with names, classes, validity periods, types of funds and host teachers to confirm that they are imported. The template is wrong in one column, hundreds of people are wrong. Check this 10 minutes, save hundreds of manual corrections from being made later.
Temporary exits are monitored separately.
Short-term classes are focused on the Internet, and export flows are quite different when they are peaceful. The temporary school area is being monitored separately in those weeks, and it is now so dramatically that it can be seen to avoid affecting normal teaching.

The end of the training is not a natural loss. It is a closing schedule: one day to stop the network, one day to clear it and one day to pay the sum for financial purposes.

The card template leaves a sample. First import is easy to misinform, first take 10 test imports and check the full amount. The sample runs through the template to be credible, before it can be fully imported.
The temporary costs are covered with a ceiling. If the short-term shift is not limited, the flow of the machine brushes takes over resources. A reasonable cap is also set on the drying, which exceeds the speed limit and stops the network without causing injury to normal use or individual drag.
The host teacher must know how to select the fee, how to set it up and not push it all over. The sponsor will send the card himself, and the nettap will be out of the job again, and short classes will be scaled up.
The system automatically reminds the host teacher and the webmaster that the check is due to be done.
The summer scene tests the elasticity of the billing system. The long-term account set does not amount to a temporary setting.
