The school WiFi Internet billing system is deployed in multi-school and multi-sympaedic environments

If a school has only one campus, one system, how can the billing system be structured? In reality, many schools are multi-campaigns, undergraduate and continuing education, even hospitals and ancillary studies.

A school has only one campus, a system of schooling, and the billing system is well-defined. Many schools are in fact multi-basket, undergraduate and continuing education, even hospitals and satellite schools. Under this complex structure, the WiFi Internet billing system cannot be used as a simple rule but must be constructed according to organizational boundaries.

The billing body is cut by organizational boundaries, not by the entire school.

The policy and financial attribution of fees to different campuses and faculties are often different. This is a school-based dormitory that may be subsidized free of charge, with the higher education district boarding fee charged, and the Continuing Education Institute operating in full market. Financial reconciliations can be disrupted if a set of rules are applied across the board. We suggest that the system support the organization of separate tariff groups and collection accounts based on organizational units, each school or college being an independent tax area.

Focus or distribution. Look at the quality of the link.

If the dedicated lines are of good quality, certification and billing can be centralized in one data centre and access to each campus is available. If the inter-school links are unstable, the centrality will fail to reach the entire school. This time, local authentication nodes will be installed in each campus, with the centres configured and billed, and the local chain will be completed locally. We have seen two cross-city campuses share a common set of central accreditations, one day the line is cut off, and both campuses are stunned at once.

We're gonna split up the interface for a unified ID.

In multi-faculty settings, there is not always one single identity. Some schools have independent certifications in their campuses and others have an old set of themselves."Standard identity"We've seen a school, three campuses with three certification systems, and the manufacturer initially wanted to connect only to the main campus, so that two other campus students and teachers were unable to access the Internet. Multi-source matching is built before it can be built.

The report should be able to split and match the caliber.

In a multi-organizational environment, the principals are required to see the entire school's general accounts, and the financial situation is determined by each campus. The faculty manager may want to see his own section. The billing system must support drilling in organizational dimensions, which can be aggregated and divided. Preconstruction and informationization, and financial confirmation reports, which are granular: by campus, by department or by dormitories. We recommend that we support at least three levels: schools, campuses, and faculties, with independent bills for every level.

Change of strategy to go configuration, don't go custom-made.

Multi-school districts mean that there are frequent changes in strategy: the school is priced, the faculty is free of charge. If you change every time you change code, it's not efficient and cost effective. Good thing all billing strategies, rates, exemptions are available backstage, schools can change themselves. We suggest that when you choose, you focus on flexibility rather than asking."I don't support a scene."Because the scenes are always changing. The system that makes rules work is capable of carrying out multi-organizational complexity.

The multi-school departments are organizational complexity. What the school WiFi Internet billing system is doing is not to eliminate this complexity, but to keep it under control with a clear costing field, flexible deployment, split authentication docks and scalable statements.

We'll have to check the small scale and then we'll open it.

In multi-organizational settings, there is a high risk of direct access to the entire school. We suggest that one of the most typical campuses or faculties of the structure be selected to run first, with the billing domain configuration, certification docking, report export, reconciliation process running well and copying to other units. This would have minor implications and experience could be embedded in standard templates. We see schools cut simultaneously, resulting in a particular campus certification source that is especially unsuited and slow overall progress. Small scale validation is the cheapest way to control complexity.

The authority and responsibility are assigned to the billing area.

Each of the fields has a corresponding managerial responsibility: who is looking at the network in this school, and who checks the bills of that faculty. The structure is designed to draw out the rights and liabilities simultaneously, which area is wrong, and which level of financial reconciliation. We suggest that the field structures within the system be aligned with the administrative structure of the school, without an independent division; otherwise no one will recognize it. The system can divide areas, but management can be done in parallel, so multi-organizations are not disrupted.

The unified platform is stronger than the individual tubes.

Multi-school communities can easily become schools with a single wiring, decentralized and horizontal diversity. We would prefer to build a unified wiring view that focuses all domains on certification status, bill anomalies, alarm alerts, and a platform where the school level or a shared team will be able to look together. On-site disposal is decentralized, but monitoring and strategy development are concentrated. This allows for quick detection of cross-area problems and avoids a campus running naked without one. Multi-organization wiring, centralizing and distributing, is the best-value model.
