The most easy kind of problem in the hotel WIFI's actual online system.

The first week and two weeks of the hotel's WIFI authenticated Internet system are often the most problematic. The test environment is well run, and everything happens when you get to real passenger flow.

The first week or two of the hotel's WIFI authenticated Internet system is often the most problematic. The test environment runs well, and all kinds of things appear to come up in front of real passenger flows. Most of these problems are not about how much the system itself is flawed, but the complexity of the real scene is beyond the scope of the tests.

The PMS data sync delay has caused a lack of access to the Internet.

The most common problem is that the client has just finished his stay at the front desk and wants to access the Internet immediately upon return to the room. The reason is that the authentication system has not been synchronized from PMS to this entry information. If you have a cross-checking or file synchronization, it's normal to delay dozens of seconds to minutes, and the guest is stuck in this slot. This type of problem is particularly frequent since you are not familiar with delays."Please try again for a moment."Third, you can keep the mobile number code as a back-up.

The authentication page won't pop.

The client goes to the WIFI without automatically pops up the certificate page, which is an early high frequency complaint. For a variety of reasons, it may be that the re-direction rules are not complete, or that some mobile system detection mechanisms are not adequate or that there are gaps in DNS release. Such problems can hardly be covered during testing because of the number and version of the system and browsers on the guest ' s cell phone. Prepare an emergency speech for the front desk: teach clients to manually open a browser to access a particular address to trigger authentication.

The peak certification is slow and even time-consuming.

The evenings are a hotel peak, and people go back to their rooms to brush their phones, watch the play, and meet. If the authentication server or export bandwidth is underestimated during the build-up period, there will be a chain reaction of the peak period with slow certification, delayed validation codes, and Internet cards. When you do not have enough pressure on the subject, it will be exposed. In this case, it will be difficult to see whether the check-ups are identical or the bandwidth is less than the solution.

We're not synchronizing until we change rooms.

The guests changed rooms, the new room was not connected to the network because the certification system was tied to the old room number; or the client was kept in a continuous condition and was shut off as a checkout. Such synchronisation problems were also common at the beginning of the line, since they were difficult to detect when connecting. After being on line, it was important to focus on changing rooms, keeping them, putting them up, and team-into-grouping, and see if PMS status changes could be synchronized with the authentication system properly.

The front desk is not familiar with the system. It's impossible to handle it.

The system is better. The front desk doesn't work for nothing."What if you can't get on the net?"If the front desk can only say"Let me help you with the reboot."Or..."I don't know."The client experience is poor. This is not a system problem, it is a training failure. It is important to train the front desk before going online to check their accreditation status, replace them and deal with common problems. It is better to have a simple manual of treatment on the front desk.

The visitors' mouth is not on the Internet.

The process is right, and visitors from the public area often find it unplanned when they access the Internet. Guests in restaurants, conference attendees, visiting friends, how these people get online, whether they want to be named, how they do so, and how they are made to go online, often on a temporary basis. Some hotels simply put an open network without certification, leaving a compliance gap.

Whether logs are normally retained should be verified as soon as possible

Everyone's been focusing on it since the beginning of the line."Can we get a guest online?"It is easy to ignore whether the logs are properly written or reported. When it comes to checking, it becomes difficult. The first days of the online check-ups are used specifically: go through some authentication records and see if the corresponding logs are in place, where there are no complete fields, and if they are reported to the platform. The sooner the check, the more problematic the matter is, the more time is left. Logs are a compliance root and cannot wait until they are checked.

The initial problems are many, but most of them are predictable and ready for early preparation. By delaying PMS, authenticating window, peaks and dispatches, synchronizing state, front desk training, visitors management, log validation, focus on the items before and after online, the hotel WIFI authenticated access system can be smooth enough to survive the retrenchment period.
