Recently, Wuhan Yangjiang University completed the construction and on-line of a campus network Authentication & Billing. The project uses NATSHEL_BRAND Authentication & Billing system and works with the relay gateway to provide uniform, standardized proxy Internet access for students throughout the school, which has stabilized daily web usage by some 20,000 schoolchildren.
The project is built around the practical features of a high-level campus network and its centralized use, with students ' Internet behaviour centrally managed through the introduction of a unified Authentication & Billing system, and outline access control by proxy to meet the need for long-term operation and scale management of the campus network.

At the system architecture level, NATSHEL_BRAND Authentication & Billing is used as a central control platform to centrally complete user authentication, billing strategy execution and session management; the dial-up gateway is responsible for docking with the operator ' s side account system to achieve proxy control of student out-of-the-board access. The system is designed to take full account of stress and usage peaks in the accommodation landscape and ensure that it functions consistently during the centralized online period.
The system records the behaviour, conversation status and use of the Internet, providing a data base for daily management and follow-up to the campus network.
The project was followed by the U.U.U. of Wuhan Yangjiang University, which has achieved a uniform certification, billing and export control of student Internet access, and the campus network, while safeguarding its experience of use, also has clear and manageable boundaries for managing it.
NATSHEL_BRAND has been focusing on core capacity building such as campus network certification, billing and sub-dealing, with products already operational in many institutions of higher learning that can fit into the campus network environment at different scales to meet deployment needs from small and medium-sized colleges to 10,000 people and development scenarios.
