Project background
The project uses the NATSHEL_BRAND certification platform and links it to the existing Western soft hotel management system PMS.
Certification process
- Residents complete their registration at the hotel front desk and information on room numbers and residence names is entered into the Western soft PMS.
- The guest connects to the hotel wireless network and enters the authentication page.
- The guest enters the room number and last name spelling, and the authentication platform checks the entry information through the PMS interface.
- After the information verification is completed, the authentication platform completes its certification and allows occupants access to the Internet.
Systemic docking focus
- Clears the interface, field definition and query privileges for Western Soft PMS.
- (c) Harmonize the rules for recording and matching the number of rooms with spellings of family names, reducing the difference between front-office entries.
- (c) Deal with changes in the state of change, check-out, renewal and co-habitant, maintaining a certification status consistent with the residence status.
Apply Effects
The hotel uses the available occupancy data from its front desk directly for online identification, without requiring additional account numbers and in a process that is consistent with the occupancy.
