The Ping Pengshan Vocational Technical Institute is a general and full-time vocational school established by the Ministry of Education of the People ' s Republic of China with the approval of the People ' s Government of Henan Province.
The Institute was first founded in 1959 as the Pyitsan Teacher Training School. In 1978, the Pyitungyama Teacher Training School was established; it was renamed the Pyitsan Teacher Training College in December 1980; it was renamed the Pyit Mountain Education Institute in March 1986; the Pyit Hill Education Academy and the Pyit Hill Teachers' Training School were merged in July 2002 to establish a new Pyit Hill Education College; the Pyit Mountain City Cultural Arts School was integrated in December 2009; and the Pyit Mountain Vocational Technical College was set up on the basis of the Pyit Mountain Education Institute in March 2018.
As of February 2023, the College had two campuses covering a total area of over 550 acres and an area of approximately 180,000 square metres of buildings; 16 faculties with 69 specialties (direction); and 14,000 students at all levels.

At present, the Pycnic Hill Vocational Technical Institute has officially introduced our Department ' s Authentication & Billing platform to provide certification and Internet access for students and teachers throughout the school.
Students can be self-registered and contribute.
