I. BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT
    Satellite communications companies provide satellite broadband access to cruise ships.
    Currently, Internet access is provided primarily to tourists and other shipping personnel on a reimbursable basis, with AP equipment deployed on board ships providing wireless networks and docking Recording and flow billing of incoming network equipment/persons and their use of the network.
    So, a package is needed. Overall solutions for all-inclusive operation, access certification, wireless coverage, equipment transport and so on.

II. NEEDS ANALYSIS AND CONSTRUCTION PRINCIPLES
In conjunction with the planning and technical requirements of XXX clients for wireless operations, the consolidation needs are as follows:
1. (b) Access to cruise ships through satellite networks and conversion to WIFI signal coverage passenger compartments;
2. (b) Single ships generally have access to around 200 people;
3. All end users must authenticate online through web authentication, which may be via micro-mail, mobile phones, user accounts etc.;
4. Different Portal certification pages can be pushed for different ships (AP), time and SSID to meet the demand of XXX for Portal page advertising;
5. The calculation is based on flow billing and the application of precision charge.
6. (b) Provide user-based self-service systems that can be accessed by users without certification for business operations such as traffic queries, charging values and messages;
7. Users can pay fees on the Portal certification page, etc., and self-service openings on the certificate page;
8. When satellite links are broken, the wireless local area network at the ship end is operational in all its operations except Internet services, including stream media services in LAN;

   Building principles

1. Considering the future expansion of other operations, compatibility and extension need to be taken into account in networking such as local videos, APP outreach, online booking, docking ship management systems etc.
2. The programme should provide a rich interface for the main system platform to meet future wireless operational needs of clients based on no-certifying, micro-credit concern certification, APP certification or other platforms;
3. The major equipment provided in the programme should take into account the future size of the client ' s operations and meet the requirements for Portal certification performance, Radius certification performance, if there are large users;
4. The overall programme should consider redundancy design to maximize the reliability of all equipment/systems;
5. Good project support and service capabilities enable customized development to meet client operational needs.

Design requirements

The technical programme shall meet the following design requirements:
1、 AP is based on a satellite link that can quickly establish communication links and operate with AC equipment, which should be capable of being plugged in and operating without complex settings to facilitate maintenance and replacement, given the installation and maintenance environment of ships;
2、 (a) The ability to sustain the configuration of AP, ensure that it can continue working after the AP-AC communications terminal and ensure that LAN operations are not disrupted;
3、 The entire business system should provide a rich business interface to facilitate user-friendliness of Portal authentication and off-site checking of user information on the Internet, as well as the completion of user downlinks through the interface;
4、 Given the high delay in satellite links, PORTAL and user certification need to be generated by design assurance at a rate no lower than that of wired networks.
5、 The large number of ships requires that multiple ship users and PORTALs be centrally managed and centralized, without each.
6、 The need to consider user-diversities in payment requirements when designing: the way that Internet silver is made, the way that treasures are paid, the way that user cards are sold, the way that APP pays and the way management systems are connected.
7、 Long-range maintenance needs to be considered, with guarantees of access to ships for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary.
8、 Open database dictionary files so that future users can perform such operations as data mining and data analysis.
9、 Since satellite bandwidth was expensive, users must be guaranteed accurate flow billing and not waste traffic.
10、 Considering the advertising business of Portal pages by users, the system should support a demonstration of certified pages (content) based on SSID, AP (location), time and so forth, to ensure that advertisements are posted according to time, location and content;
11、 The system should ensure sufficient openness and support mainstream agreements so that users can have other options at a later stage.
12、 Local video broadcasting of ships needs to be considered for distribution.
13、 Multi-line access, as well as network switching and billing after cross-satellites, need to be considered.

Programme
The core products and systems covered in this programme are NATSHEL_BRAND products, and some of the business functions may be made available to third-party systems/equipment including flow controls, ACs, APs, etc. due to the openness of NATSHEL_BRAD products. The program is based on customer needs that maximize the current and future business development needs of clients while ensuring business stability.Wireless authenticationManagement systems (Portal, Radius), NATSHEL_BRAD Billing Management Platform, NATSHEL_BRAND Cloud AC, NATSHEL_BRAND NAAC equipment and indoor topsort AP.

Programme narrative

1、 The PORTAL server is placed in the cloudy room and all NAC equipment on board vessels;
2、 NAR devices are combined with cloud-side PORTAL to download the PORTAL page into local NAC caches, achieve PORTAL seconds and provide users with good user experience;
3、 (b) Management of all APs through cloud aAC or the AC equipment of each vessel for the AAP equipment of this ship;
4、 All AP devices are plugged in and AP can normally obtain parameters from AC and perform work when the satellite link is established;
5、 When satellite links are interrupted for some reason, AP will continue to guarantee wireless services on the one hand and NAC equipment on board ships will ensure uninterrupted operation of the entire local area network (LAN) system, allowing end users to continue using the wireless network and access streaming media servers in LAN;
6、 The system as a whole is designed to be the NATSHEL_BRAND NAC integrated wireless authentication system for the interface room, which will provide user Wireless Access authentication access and billing functions, while placing ACIIP in NAC as a white list, thus ensuring links interaction between AP and AC;
7、 NAC equipment is a fee-bearing node, and after authentication, the flow value parameters issued by the bill are obtained, users are fine-tuned to flow counts, and even if cloud billing is not connected for network reasons, NAC can log down the user when the flow expires in order to avoid waste and loss of traffic; NAC equipment can guarantee that it can be submitted and all user account information remains preserved until it is reliably submitted in connection with billing communications, even if power is off.
8、 Users can jump to the PORTAL page to a billing account from their registered pages, and self-registration and payment via mobile phone numbers (this option is only applicable if the cellular phone receives text messages);
9、 The user, after a fee is outstanding, can achieve the functionality of self-service payment through the self-service system;
10、 NATSHEL_BRAND Unified Wireless Certification System (UVCS) can be a flow- and time-based costing strategy that fully meets the client ' s need for flow billing;
11、 (b) The Portal and Radius interfaces provided by NatShell, which allow easy opening of accounts for users, additional and deleted checks and individualized authentication methods such as micro-credit certification, APP certification, combined with payment treasures and web-based silver interfaces, to achieve user-paying charges etc.;
12、 Connectivity to the ship management system can be easily achieved at a later stage through RADIUS interfaces, which allow users to access the network with a full value of the ship management system APP and the puncture system;
13、 The ship can distribute content in local stream media via satellite broadcast, and the RADIUS interface allows for a billing connection to local servers such as self-built stream media on board ships, which provides separate internal and external network billing functions;
14、 The Portal strategy function in the NatShell unified wireless authentication system enables a template presentation based on 4W+B and facilitates advertising requirements based on Portal certification pages.
15、 (b) Providing database dictionary documents to facilitate user-friendly mining and data analysis of large data and better wireless operation using data;
