Configure batch send and version rollback mechanism

Template changes and a key returns.

The template sends a group of devices to change the same template, with the previous configuration retained, and the problem key rolled back. Rollback is more important than the release: automatic backup of the current configuration before the change is a fuse against "one-time miso-net paralysis."
