DHCP Relay Cross-Net segment distribution scheme

Centralised DHCP services cover multiple VLAN terminals.

It is not realistic for each VLAN to have a DHCP server. The DHCP relay forwards requests from the various segments to the center, distributed by the HCP pool. Relay configuration checks the "relay address" and "active area network" in tandem, otherwise there will be weird faults in wrong addresses across the web section, which are time-consuming to sort out.
