Automation inspections replaced by manual spot checks

Timed tasks cover the full amount of equipment.

The manual inspection can only be sampled and exposed. Automation check runs full time, copy checks, configuration compliance, redundancy, etc. The results of the inspection are comparable: a historical baseline diff will detect a “silently modified” configuration instead of just looking at the current snapshot.
