Under multiple operators’ exports, gateways can be selected by delaying and dropping packages to the current optimal link, with single lines broken. Load balances should guard against the “ping-up effect”: switching thresholds is delayed, avoiding jumps and rolls when the quality of the links is critical, but worse than single links.
