Synchronize and align time across device logs

NTP Unified clock ensures continuity of the traceability chain.

The time clocks are a few seconds away from the device, and then it is not possible to match the link with the trace. Harmonizing NTPs is a prerequisite for logs to be connected, often ignored but crucially important. It is proposed that multi-level NTPs (upstream authority + inner network owner) be configured and that UTC or time stampes be used in the log to keep out of confusion over equipment.
